PUBLIC HOUSING DOORKNOCK SATURDAY

The federal election is only days away.

The state election has shown us that no seat is safe. We need to keep Adam, our only Greens’ voice in the lower house to stand up for equality, climate change and refugees and all the issues that matter to us.

The Melbourne seat has the most public housing than any other seat in Australia. Growing up in public housing I can tell you first hand how important it is that the residents living in public housing feel that their voices heard.

We know that conversations are the best way to find out what's important to people.

Our campaign is powered by people and we need everyone pitching in to win! You don't need to be an expert to have these conversations, all you need to do is listen and know is why you support Adam.

All training will be provided on the day, and if you're new to doorknocking you can pair up with an experienced volunteer first.

A note on accessibility: We welcome volunteers of all abilities, diversity of genders, sexual identities, racial backgrounds, cultures, languages and experiences to join and get involved. If you require any reasonable adjustments to feel comfortable or to be able to fully participate in this event, please get in contact with Ayub on the number or email below.

We acknowledge that these events take place on the land of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, that sovereignty was never ceded and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
